I don't know about you, but the energy pulled me all over the place last week. It was a real roller coaster! I had to remind myself to stay grounded.... but what is grounding, and why is it good for you?
Grounding or Earthing is a simple process of reconnecting to the electromagnetic field of the earth through spending time in nature. Bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge stabilizes the physiology at the deepest levels. When we are not grounded, we feel unsteady on our feet and in life. Grounding can be done through lying or sitting on the ground, walking barefoot, putting your hands in the soil, or immersing yourself in a natural body of water.

You can now buy grounding equipment to use in your home if you struggle to get outside. But simply doing some gardening and getting your hands in the dirt will ground you. Or take a cup of tea and wander into the garden and spend a moment under the moon, barefoot before heading to bed. This will be grounding, which in turn will improve your nights sleep. Eating organic, fresh, leafy foods will help with grounding. Along with fresh herbal teas.
So give your body the best possible opportunity to help you navigate through the shifting energies in this fast-paced, tech driven world in the most natural, simple, and innate way.
