Novembers Newsletter

We were very lucky to have some sunny autumnal days during November. We took some time to wander the ancient and wild Gritnam Wood enjoying the autumn colours and beauty and spent some time under the boughs of the Gritnam Oak as he witnessed some profound conversations.

We also enjoyed the mixed woodland walk from Anderwood. It was great to continue walking with my loyal regular walkers and to meet new people.

Next month we will be walking though the many habitats of Setthorns, Horseshoe Bottom, Hinchenslea Wood and the Old Railway Line, along with a walk through Lyndhurst and Parkhill, in search of the Mystical Bisterne Dragon. Find details below to join us for a walk.

During this month, I have encountered numerous clients who have been experiencing resurfacing emotions that they thought they had already resolved. This unexpected resurgence of emotions has also taken me by surprise in recent weeks. It appears that we are being prompted to examine karmic patterns and address them in order to pave the way for new and exciting opportunities. We delved deeply into the energetic influences during our Energy Flow conversations this month, and there are still a few spots left for the "Understanding Your Own Energy Field" workshop on Saturday, November 30th. This workshop offers the opportunity to enhance your intuition and increase your awareness of your innate instincts, enabling you to better navigate energetic influences not only for yourself but also for those around you.

Thanks to the supporters of the Nature and Nurture membership, I have the opportunity to provide a spot in the energy flow conversations and the workshop on understanding your own energy field to an individual who is currently unable to finance their personal development in self-awareness and well-being. Feel free to click on the image below to reach out to me and explain why you are interested in participating in either the workshop or one of the energy flow conversations and I will choose someone for a free space.

More details about the events can be found at the link below.

Throughout November, members were able to access a downloadable walking trail in Boldre, rich in folklore. The membership included a close examination of the red fox and the mystical butcher's broom plant. Additionally, there were recipes for homemade Irish Cream and butcher's broom coffee provided. The content also discussed breaking generational patterns for better relationships with family members. An audio workshop was available on transitioning from a mental to a heart-centred space to reawaken intuition, leading to more informed decision-making, living authentically, feeling more self-assured, and improving relationships. Members also enjoy two complimentary guided walks each month, as well as discounts on workshops and energy healing sessions.

Subscribing to the membership not only grants you access to all of this for under £2 per week, but also helps me in realising my vision of providing free and discounted events to make self-awareness, well-being, and nature accessible to everyone.

In December, as the trees shed their leaves, the evergreen, coniferous forests provide a green backdrop with a delightful scent. Yew trees bear berries, while wild clematis gently sway in the winter sunlight. With the undergrowth receding, muntjac deer become more visible as their hiding spots diminish. In heathlands and wetlands, you might be fortunate enough to spot hen harriers resting on the ground. These birds form communal roosts, making them more visible but also more susceptible to persecution.

Garden birds are more abundant at the bird table this time of year. With finches featuring more. Blackbirds and robins still sing through the winter and create strong territories in our gardens.

As you can see from the picture above, Rhod, my tame robin is my 'wing-man' when it comes to making my seasonal Christmas wreaths. I am taking orders and offering free delivery to the New Forest area. There are only a few left! So get in touch if you would like a fresh, homemade and unique Christmas Wreath for £30 I am taking pre-order now.

Talking of Christmas.... if you are looking for a Christmas gift, I am offering gift vouchers for a value of your choice to be used for any of my services. Or, why not buy a subscription to the membership?

Remember to consider the children in your life. You have the option to purchase the children's book, The Kindness of Dr Fimbly Nibbles, authored by my husband and me. Additionally, for those who appreciate poetry, I have contributed to a collaborative poetry book filled with beauty and inspiration, available at reputable bookstores.

Thank you so much, for taking the time to read, and for your ongoing support. I hope to see you at an event or walk soon.

Warm wishes, Jen x
