Full Moon ritual

Last night, I enjoyed the last nature therapy session of the year with some amazing people. It is so profound how we are so connected to nature through our emotions.

The full moon yanks me firmly to the sea, and I think every one of us felt it last night as we released all our worries and fears into a stone before throwing it to the sea, and allowing the sea to wash over our feet, washing away what no longer serves us and letting go, with the support and power of the ebbing waves, but also the power of autumn and the setting sun.

Thinking about intentions and manifestation, we welcomed in the superpower of the super moon through the crashing waves over our feet, connecting in with the abundance of the harvest moon.

We all felt the unique connection to everything on this special evening as we anchored in the ebb and flow of bringing in and letting go with a meditation under the rising moon and a cup of warm, foraged, rosehip tea.

There would have been no better place to hold the nature therapy session than by the sea under the rising moon of piscies 🐟

Thank you, Roz Tucker and Gina Hallett for the lovely photos and thank you to the swans who added an extra gift to our evening.

"The spiritual energy of the swan inspires us to seek purity within ourselves, to let go of negativity and discord, and to cultivate a heart and mind that are clear and pristine."
