Intuitive Healing
What is Intuitive healing?
We all possess chakras and meridian lines that channel the energies and frequencies of our experiences throughout our bodies. Emotional traumas, such as fear, pain, or grief, as well as physical issues like pain or illness, can create energy blockages in these meridians and chakras. As an Intuitive Healer, I identify these blockages within your energy field and help release them, enabling your energy to flow freely and allowing your body, mind, and spirit to realign for optimal well-being. We all have the ability to do this for ourselves and I like to offer you the opportunity to hand you back the necessary tools to empower you to help your own healing journey.
What type of healing do you practice

With over 20 years of experience, I have transformed my own journey of healing into a passion for helping others. As a Usui Reiki master and a practitioner of various energy healing modalities, I work from experience and intuition to offer profound treatments for both people and animals. My connection to nature and commitment to continuous learning enrich my practice, allowing me to serve as a modern New Forest folk healer
The healing service I provide is unique and yields highly positive outcomes. It's not just about lying on a therapy couch; healing encompasses much more. We work through fear, trauma, pain, and grief in layers, often requiring the expression of those pent-up emotions. This is where support of Mother Nature comes into play, aiding both my work and your healing journey. A simple walk in the woods or sitting beneath a tree can create the space needed to begin unlocking those feelings, while I maintain a non-judgmental, safe environment for you to process changes and recognise your progress. With the addition of Intuitive healing sessions, the healing process becomes quicker and more effortless, leading to profound transformations.
Unsure about venturing into nature? This work is flexible and tailored to you. It’s your journey, and I have the honour of witnessing your healing, processing, and emotional release. Meeting for a coffee and conversation can initiate the process and help us determine the best path forward, as healing is never a one-size-fits-all approach. You are unique, and I will provide a safe space for you to share your gifts with the world once again.

DO I HAVE TO BELIEVE?
Even though what I offer is seen as spiritual healing, it holds no religion, so you don’t have to believe in anything, in fact, you don’t even have to believe in energy healing of any kind. You just need to trust in your own ability to self heal.
"I’ve been to Jenny’s energy and animal healing workshops, both of which were really fantastic. Jenny is exceptionally knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge, she is very open and easy to talk to. I have learned a lot from Jenny already. I have more recently had a session of energy healing from Jenny. I noticed quite profound and positive changes afterwards. I would highly recommend Jenny."

"Recently I had an energy healing session with Jen after feeling flat and sluggish. I had no experience of healing and no preconceived ideas and therefore just lay with my eyes closed whilst Jen worked around me. She works mainly hands off so I had no indication of where she was working, but on discussion afterwards I could equate sensations that I had experienced with areas that Jen had been working on to realign my energy.
The following day was a revelation - I felt rejuvenated, full of energy and enthusiasm! This has continued, but if I do feel a dip again I know who’s door I will be knocking on!
Thank you so much Jen xx"

"I had an acute anxiety crisis during the first part of 2024. I have been privileged to experience the New Forest with Jen alongside me as a compassionate guide; she has also given me some healing sessions. Jen is supporting me so that I can gently heal myself. I hold immense gratitude for Jen's work with me; it is truly life changing. I am gradually becoming calmer and I am also learning so much about myself, my relationships and my place in the natural world. "
